RGi launches new scholarship to support Neurodiverse Students

The Intelligence and National Security Foundation (INSF) today announced the creation of a new scholarship aimed at supporting neurodiverse students pursuing college degrees in an intelligence and national security-focused field of study.

The Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) Scholarship will provide a $10,000 award annually over the next 10 years to an undergraduate (rising sophomore to senior) who has a neurodiversity diagnosis and is pursuing a four-year bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university.

RGi on winning team for DIA’s SITE III contract

Reinventing Geospatial®, Inc. (RGi®) was recently selected as a subcontractor for the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) contract vehicle.

The SITE III contract provides a centralized and synchronized IT acquisition capability to meet worldwide security requirements and technical support services. Under this contract, RGi will offer software development and integration, data analytics, AI/ML engineering, and cyber situational awareness and understanding.

The 10-year multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract holds a total estimated value of $12.6 billion, and will also support the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA). SITE III is DIA’s third consecutive IDIQ contract to address the evolving information technology (IT) requirements vital to the security of the United States. The contract facilitates worldwide coverage for integrated IT intelligence requirements and technical support services to the DIA and NGA.

American Geographical Society elects RGi CEO Stephen Gillotte to Council

Reinventing Geospatial®, Inc. (RGi®) is proud to announce that The American Geographical Society (AGS) has elected our CEO, Stephen Gillotte, to the AGS Council, where he will serve a three-year term.

AGS’s mission is to advance and promote geography in business, government, science, and education. The AGS Council is the governing board of the Society, and has been leading the organization since its inception in 1851.

On joining the Council, Steve noted, “I’m thrilled to join the prestigious AGS Council and look forward to sharing the perspectives I’ve gained from building and growing a technology-forward geospatial business.”

RGi wins contract to expand and improve the DRAGONSPELL systems

Reinventing Geospatial®, Inc. (RGi®) was recently selected to assist with expanding and improving the DRAGONSPELL systems in the IC Commercial Cloud Services (C2S) and in the GovCloud.

RGi will contribute to Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for the DRAGONSPELL system, as well as software development for new features for the systems. Additionally, RGi will support research, development, and integration of new or revised software and architectural components into the DRAGONSPELL systems in order to improve on the functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, security, and efficiency of the system.
